Riverstone Books welcomes author and veterinarian Betsy Kennon in conjunction with the Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley. Dr. Kennon will be sharing share the incredible true story of Scooter, the Therapy Cat. Scooter, despite two paralyzed legs, and absolutely no prompting, became a little beacon of hope, happiness and comfort to all the patients he visited. His story, told by the vet who owned and loved him, is one for the history books.
