Chris Taylor and Paul Arguin are trained scientists, baking enthusiasts, and cookbook authors. Chris is also a Johnstown native and was a longtime Pittsburgh resident. They operate their artisan baking business, Flour Sugar Butter, in Atlanta, GA. While they make all types of baked goods their current focus is on pies as well as wholesale and custom decorated cookies. Their just-released second cookbook, Fabulous Modern Cookies, focuses on modern flavors and novel techniques for baking all types of cookies.
