Welcome Book Bandits!! A book club designed for 6-9-year-old emergent and beginning readers. We will be meeting every two weeks, Miss Kate has a fun selection of books and activities lined up for the summer.

Our next meeting will be Thursday, July 13th at 9:30 am featuring Bummer In The Summer by Dan Gutman.

Summer vacation is almost here, and A.J. is dreaming about all the fun things he’ll do. He’ll sleep late, eat extra ice cream, and hang out with his best friends, Ryan, Michael, Neil, and Alexia. But A.J.’s dream about the most incredible summer ever quickly turns into a nightmare when three familiar spirits appear to show him summers past, present, and yet to come. Will they be able to convince him to leave his bad-boy days behind? Or will this summer end up being a total bummer?
